Zusammenfassung

MTM Transit in Manteca, California is hiring full-time CDL drivers to join our team. We offer training classes starting regularly and pay $27 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, paid training, overtime, holidays and PTO, plus a 401(k) with company match.

You will provide safe, reliable transportation, demonstrate defensive driving, and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Must have valid California CDL Class B/A with Air Brake & Passenger Endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No DWI/DUI convictions in the last 10 years.
• Must pass criminal background check & MVR check.
• No more than 4 points in 12 months, 6 points in 24 months, or 8 points in 36 months.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Resume with a minimum of 10 years work history.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and securement for safety.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of customers.
• Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete required paperwork and utilize electronic devices as required.
