Job summary

MTM Transit partners with RideSource and is seeking Full-Time CDL Drivers in Eugene, Oregon. Training classes start every other week, and you’ll operate from the Eugene location.

The role focuses on safe, reliable transportation with a strong emphasis on customer service and accessibility for riders with diverse needs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid Oregon Class C CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols.
