Qualifications

• Massachusetts CDL with passenger endorsement and air brake endorsements are required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time operator experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal regulations and corporate safety programs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise driver group field performance and competence.
• Address attendance issues and coach or discipline as needed.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain drivers per contract and local plan.
• Collaborate with management to ensure on-time service and safety compliance.
• Ensure operators meet licensing and safety standards; assist with in-field vehicle changes.
