Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee driver supervision, route planning, and client coordination on site at client locations. You will lead driver hiring, training, and performance, while ensuring routes run reliably and policies are followed.

Collaboration with the General Manager and client management is essential to success. The role requires 3+ years in operations management, a valid CDL, and strong communication, problem-solving and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Operations Management.
• CDL required; candidates must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures as directed by the Client and WeDriveU company policies.
• Ensure that all bus routes are constantly operating and adequately servicing the client’s needs.
• Make logistical coverage/staffing decisions and communicate them effectively to the rest of the team (drivers and client management).
• Hire, interview, road test, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze and interpret ridership numbers and suggest route changes accordingly.
• Support the development of company policy and procedures.
• Support the General Manager as needed.
