Job summary

RelaDyne in Edna, TX is seeking a CDL Driver Class A for fuel delivery and lubricant solutions. This role offers hourly pay with overtime, and opportunities for sign-on bonuses and quarterly safety bonuses.

You'll follow DOT and customer policies, safely load/unload at customer sites, and operate onboard tech like Smartlogix and Samsara. Candidate must have CDL A, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 23.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• 1 year of liquid bulk experience or 2 years of tractor-trailer experience.
• DOT medical card.
• TWIC card or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Safe driving record.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow delivery instructions and comply with DOT, company and customer safety policies.
• Properly load and unload products at customer locations safely and efficiently.
• Connect and disconnect hoses, operate pumps and valves for loading/unloading.
• Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara).
• Cross-train on bobtail.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable.
• Comply with accident and incident reporting procedures for spills.
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager.

What You’ll Do

• Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
• Properly load and unload products at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
• Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, safely filling tanks using various size hoses, nozzles and fittings
• Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
• Cross train on bobtail
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable
• Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager

What You’ll Bring

• Have at least 1 year of liquid bulk experience or 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience
• Valid DOT Medical Card

Work Environment

This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.
