Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum one year liquid bulk or two years tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime.
• Safe driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow delivery instructions and comply with DOT, safety and operational policies.
• Load and unload products at customer locations in a safe, timely manner.
• Connect/disconnect hoses and operate pumps/valves for loading/unloading.
• Use onboard technology (Smartlogix, Qualcomm) as instructed.
• Cross-train on bobtail and complete paperwork accurately.

What You'll Do

• Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
• Properly load and unload products at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
• Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, safely filling tanks using various size hoses, nozzles and fittings
• Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Qualcomm)
• Cross train on bobtail
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable
• Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager

What You'll Bring

Work Environment

This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.
