Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience after high school.
• Education and experience must be in instruction, training, customer service, driving work or a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at time of application.
• Driving record must be free of disqualifying motor vehicle violations.

Responsibilities

• Administers driving skills examinations for applicants to issue licenses and IDs.
• Reviews applicant information for compliance with motor vehicle laws and rules.
• Records examination results and prepares reports of licensing activities.
• Ensures applicants understand NH motor vehicle laws and exam requirements.
• Provides counter assistance and supports clerks with data entry and imaging.
