The Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) is seeking an on-site Driver License Office Manager (Technician V) for the Alamosa Driver License Office. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, run performance evaluations, adjust staffing, and resolve complex customer service issues.

DLF training is required with a yearly certification, and the role may involve travel between Driver License Offices. The position emphasizes compliance, reporting, and excellent public service in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in a public-facing customer service Supervisory or Managerial role that includes staff supervision and performance management.
• Combination of related education in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or similar field and/or relevant experience including staff supervision and performance management, equal to five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Driver License Office, ensuring compliance and proper reporting to leadership.
• Develops personnel performance evaluations and documents performance matters.
• Adjust resources and personnel for maximum effectiveness.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints and processes complicated applications.
• May travel to other Driver License Offices to assist daily operations.
