State of Colorado is seeking a Driver License Office Manager to oversee the Driver License Office operations and ensure compliance with performance requirements. The role requires five years of public-facing supervisory experience and strong staff management skills.

The position reports onsite at the Alamosa Driver License Office with potential travel between offices and compliance with state policies and safety rules. Background checks and eligibility are required.

Formación

• Five (5) years of relevant public-facing supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the daily operations of the Driver License Office (DLO), ensuring compliance and proper reporting to leadership.
• Develops New Performance Plan yearly evaluations; as well as quarterly; mid year; and final employee performance evaluations.
• Adjust resources and personnel for maximum effectiveness.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints.
• Processes complicated, or more difficult applications.
• Operates as the floor lead, relieving employees for breaks; monitors work flow; monitors schedules.
