Qualifications

• MQ qualifications: one of: 1 year of customer service experience.
• College coursework in Business Admin, Accounting, Public Admin, Management, IT (year-for-year substitute).
• Document experience in application in detail; transcripts or materials may be redacted as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers as the primary contact point.
• Explain eligibility needs and ensure compliance with rules.
• Assess documents and perform initial acceptability checks for identity and authenticity.
• Process driver license and ID documents and hearing requests.
• Administer tests and grade exams for licenses and permits.
• Determine applicant needs and eligibility for licenses and IDs.
• Verify documentation against data sources for accuracy.
• Handle cash and balance receipts for issued documents.
