Job summary

Colorado Department of Revenue seeks an experienced Office Manager (DLO) to oversee daily operations of a Driver License Office, ensuring compliance and timely reporting to leadership. You will supervise staff, conduct evaluations, adjust resources, and handle complex applications to maintain service quality.

The role requires travel between DLOs as needed and adherence to residency and background checks. Excellent customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in a public-facing customer service supervisory or managerial role that includes staff supervision and performance management.
• A combination of related education in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or similar field and/or relevant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Driver License Office (DLO) and ensures compliance and reporting to leadership.
• Develops performance plans and conducts annual, quarterly, and mid-year evaluations.
• Adjusts resources and personnel for maximum effectiveness.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints and processes complex applications.
• Operates as floor lead, manages workflow and schedules.
