Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review identification, and guide them through required applications and forms.
• Give vision screenings and standardized knowledge tests using approved tools and procedures.
• Enter customer information, test results, and application details into online systems.
• Provide information about licensing services, renewals, transfers, and REAL ID requirements.
• Prepare letters, review documents, and ensure correct codes and procedures are used.
• Follow customer service standards, safety rules, and state regulations in all job functions.
