Qualifications

• One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
• Must meet PA residency requirements.
• Must pass criminal history checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through identification checks, application steps, and needed forms.
• Administer vision screenings and knowledge tests to assess applicant readiness.
• Enter applicant information, test results, and service transactions into online systems.
• Provide information on renewals, duplicates, REAL ID requirements, and license options.
• Follow fee waiver rules, customer service policies, and REAL ID regulations.
• Monitor surroundings and follow all safety procedures and reporting requirements.
