Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple drivers and ensure DOT compliance.
• Address issues and disputes for drivers; promote safe operations.
• Maintain KPI tracking for P&L, safety, fuel, and utilization.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for on-time service and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers and colleagues to foster strong relationships.
