Job summary

VITAL RECORDS CONTROL COMPANIES is seeking a Driver II (DOT) to operate company vehicles on service routes, including pickups and deliveries, while maintaining strict chain-of-custody and confidentiality. The role requires valid DOT qualifications and safe driving practices.

You will handle PIT equipment and scanners, adhere to Hours-of-Service rules, participate in loading/unloading, and represent the company professionally on-site with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous route driving, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles, including DOT-regulated CMVs, to support service routes.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and forklifts as needed.
• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for pickups, deliveries, and service requests.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required DOT certifications.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSR, state regulations, and company safety procedures.
