Job summary

Vital Records Control Companies seeks a Driver II (DOT) to operate DOT-regulated CMVs and support service routes, delivering and picking up materials while maintaining strict chain-of-custody and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe vehicle operation, and direct customer interaction. Must hold a valid license, DOT requirements, and PIT certification where applicable, with a focus on accuracy and safety on every route.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as a condition of continued employment.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate and DOT drug-testing requirements as applicable.
• PIT certification is required (certification offered on hire).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles on assigned service routes.
• Drive vans/box trucks to customer locations for pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and stage materials; assist with operational needs.
• Maintain chain-of-custody and protect sensitive customer materials.
