Augment in Telford, PA is hiring Driver Helpers to support our environmental services team. You’ll work with a professional truck driver on residential or commercial routes, helping with the safe, timely collection of waste and recyclables.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor role with early morning shifts. You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and pass a background check and drug screening. Weekly pay and a team-oriented environment are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ride along routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism when trained to empty bins.
• Walk between stops and stay active throughout the shift.
• Ensure materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report route issues.
