Job summary

Augment in Cleveland, TX is hiring Driver Helpers to support professional truck drivers on waste and recycling routes. This active, outdoor role involves assisting with pickups, lifting containers onto the truck, and performing bin-emptying operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are dependable, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfortable working early mornings in various weather conditions. A background check and drug screening are required; weekly pay is offered.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role!
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
