Job summary

Keolis in Reno, Nevada seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a driver team of 30–50 individuals, ensure safety and performance, and drive customer-focused service delivery. You will conduct field supervision, performance evaluations, and develop driver engagement initiatives to meet contract and location goals.

The role requires a CDL B with P endorsement, knowledge of transit operations, and strong leadership and communication skills to partner with unions, management, and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Must hold or obtain Class B CDL with P endorsement.
• Knowledge of transit operations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 30–50 drivers.
• Oversee absenteeism and address issues.
• Review event video as part of incident investigations and performance issues.
• Conduct field supervision and annual performance evaluations.
• Deliver regular driver scorecard results.
• Foster a customer-oriented culture and lead safety improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and coaching to improve driver engagement and performance.
• Manage union relationships and ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
