Hub Group in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Driver Manager to lead a team of 30-35 company drivers. You will oversee day-to-day fleet performance, focusing on service, safety, utilization and retention to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include conducting regular performance reviews, implementing corrective action, coaching drivers on tools like Omnitracs, monitoring schedules and payroll, and ensuring FMCSA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage driver performance by setting expectations, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective actions up to termination.
• Ensure safety and regulatory performance of drivers and execute corrective action plans.
• Resolve issues with assigned drivers and maintain driver retention.
• Ensure FMCSA compliance (hours of service, random drug testing, licensing/endorsements).
• Train and mentor drivers in tools/systems (e.g., Omnitracs, payroll).
• Monitor schedules, holidays, and vacations; manage payroll discrepancies and accessorial pays.
