Job description

In this role, you'll provide on‑site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable delivering hands‑on support in a fast‑paced environment.

Customer Service and Vehicle Processing

• Assist customers with the rental process, including check‑in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.
• Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.
• Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents.

Operational Support

• Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation.
• Complete daily rental operations tasks.
• Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.
• Ability to physically handle high amounts of standing and walking.

Standards and Communication

• Maintain the company's service standards when interacting with drivers.
• Communicate effectively with on‑site staff and remote support teams.
• Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Someone outgoing who can have a conversation with customers and then work heads down, cleaning and moving a car. Past car detailing experience is a plus, or someone who has worked around cars or outside.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in an in‑person customer service role such as retail, technical support or hospitality.
• Familiarity with the market area.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain patience, identify and solve problems, de‑escalate situations, and work effectively in a team.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a satisfactory driving record; insurable under the insurance policy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
