Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome new drivers and promote a positive onboarding culture.
• Serve as liaison between drivers and departments to resolve issues.
• Assist in developing action plans with the driver and teams.
• Conduct follow-up calls after 14 and 30 days to ensure smooth integration.
• Provide warm handoff to the driver’s Transportation Manager with a detailed briefing.
• Support new process development to improve driver experience and retention.
