Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a remote customer service role required.
• Interest in natural and organic products and willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and help customers in difficult situations.
• Proficient in multitasking across screens and tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Drop to Home drivers and ensure delivery standards are understood.
• Be the point of contact for drivers needing assistance during deliveries.
• Respond to driver inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Document driver interactions for accurate tracking in CRM.
• Track driver feedback and escalate issues for process improvement.
