Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for drivers at the terminal.
• Lead Driver Orientation sessions and Werner Welcome Experience.
• Assign tractors and manage driver data in planning systems.
• Educate drivers on equipment operation and safety.
• Proactively address driver needs and follow up on issues.
