Job summary

The Dart Group is seeking a Driver/Fleet Manager to lead a team of 35–45 drivers in Minnesota. You will coach drivers on safety, maximize utilization, and advocate for driver needs across departments.

You’ll collaborate with planning to optimize miles, revenue, and service quality while ensuring policy compliance and a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates have a 4-year college degree and transportation experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a driver fleet to maximize utilization and safety.

• Advocate for drivers across departments to improve retention.
• Monitor driver activity, utilization and service metrics.
• Address service issues with customer service and planning teams.
