Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of professional truck drivers.
• Monitor shipping activities across locations to ensure deliveries meet service expectations.
• Develop and communicate daily and weekly driver schedules to optimize service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for locations, customers, and suppliers.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records in logistics systems.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, state and local regulations.
