The position emphasizes strong electronic dispatch and routing experience, with a salary of $66,000 and a Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years or more related experience and/or training.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and track port and store delivery and LTL drivers.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations managers to optimize product flow.
• Oversee dispatch, customer service, brokerage and maintenance divisions of the transportation department.
• Ensure efficient use and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Meet service levels outlined in customer agreements.
• Minimize driver turnover and reduce costs.
• Coordinate between dispatch, drivers, brokers, customer service and maintenance.
