Qualifications

• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of the workers
• Accountable for site KPI
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach staff
