Job summary

Juniper seeks drivers to join our landscape maintenance teams. This role combines driving a 24’ truck/trailer with hands-on lawn and garden work alongside our maintenance crew at multiple job sites.

You will perform mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and other landscape tasks while ensuring safety and quality. Requirements include a valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check; landscaping experience is preferred, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Landscaping experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sun.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer and working with the landscape crew on site.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance tasks.
