Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Driver/Crew Member in Fort Myers, FL to join our landscape enhancement teams. You will safely operate a 24’ truck and trailer, inspect equipment daily, lay sod, install pavers and stone walls, and support irrigation work alongside the crew on each job site.

We value reliable, safety-minded individuals who can work outdoors in varied conditions. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs while performing hands-on landscape tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience driving a 24' truck and trailer preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Laying sod, installing pavers and stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch and irrigation components.
• Digging trenches, prepping soil, and assisting landscape crew.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape enhancement crew at each job site.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
