Job summary

Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This role combines driving a Juniper truck & trailer with hands-on landscape maintenance work alongside the crew at each job site.

The position supports our Southeast operations and requires safe driving, physical stamina, and willingness to work in outdoor conditions. Bi-lingual skills are a plus, and we offer career growth with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and sunlight.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company truck with a 24' trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as part of the landscape maintenance crew to complete mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, and mulching.
• Using hand and power tools to perform landscape tasks.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24' trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Valid Driver's License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required

• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)

• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
