Job summary

Juniper, a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast, is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual driver/crew member role involves driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working with the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities include safe operation of the vehicle, daily inspections, and performing landscape tasks such as mowing, pruning, and mulching.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working with the landscape maintenance crew on mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulching, and other duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape tasks.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Skills

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
