Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Driver/Crew Member to join our landscape maintenance teams in Florida. The role combines driving a company truck and trailer with hands-on landscape tasks at job sites, following safety and quality standards.

You will work alongside the maintenance crew performing mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general landscape care. A valid license, ability to pass MVR checks, and willingness to work long hours outdoors are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
