Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual driver/crew member role involves driving a Juniper truck and trailer and supporting the crew at each job site to ensure high-quality landscapes.

The position performs mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general landscape duties while using hand and power tools. A valid license with clean MVR, ability to work outside in extreme conditions, and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck with a 24’ trailer and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of the landscape maintenance crew on job sites.
• Mow, edge, blow, prune, plant, mulch, and perform other landscape duties.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials as needed.
