Job summary

Juniper is seeking a driver/crew member for our Landscape Enhancement teams. The role involves safely operating a company truck and 24' trailer, performing vehicle inspections, and assisting with sod, pavers, walls, mulch, and irrigation installations across job sites.

Labor will include digging trenches, soil prep, plantings, hand-watering, and transporting materials. Candidates should be able to work outdoors for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and preferably speak English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work long periods outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly during the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company truck with a 24' trailer and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Lay sod and install pavers, stone walls and hardscape projects.
• Install mulch and irrigation/sprinkler components, and dig trenches.
• Prepare soil areas for plantings and plant maintenance.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials; use hand and power tools as needed.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.
