Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeks Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This dual role combines operating a Juniper truck and trailer with hands-on lawn care and job-site maintenance.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, assist with mowing, edging, pruning, and other landscape duties alongside our crew, and ensure safety in extreme outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license required; MVR check; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; able to lift up to 50 lbs; long hours outside.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and the ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Able to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working with the landscape maintenance crew on mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, and general duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape tasks.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials; performing miscellaneous job duties.
