Job summary

Juniper is seeking drivers to join our Landscape Maintenance teams in Florida. This dual driver/crew role involves operating a company truck and trailer and contributing to on-site maintenance tasks alongside the crew.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and general landscape care. Must have valid license, be ready for outdoor work in heat, and lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to clear MVR check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Able to work long outside hours, in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company truck with 24’ trailer.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Work with landscape maintenance crew on tasks (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching).
• Use hand and power tools to complete duties.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials as needed.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.
