Job summary

Juniper seeks a Driver/Crew Member to support our landscape maintenance teams. The role involves driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer and performing yard tasks alongside the crew on job sites.

You will inspect vehicles daily and operate hand and power tools for routine maintenance and planting. Ideal candidates are licensed drivers with trucking experience, comfortable working outside in varying weather, and capable of bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working with the landscape maintenance crew on mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching and related duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools and equipment to perform landscape tasks.
• Moving soil, equipment and materials as needed.
• Carrying out miscellaneous duties as assigned.
