Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMCSR and U.S./Canadian geography is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS-400 systems.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation, call center, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail with solid follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration across diverse personalities.
• Strong organization, project and time management with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional communication with drivers over the phone and OBCS.
• Perform essential AS-400 functions to maintain computer systems.
