Responsibilities

• Schedule equipment and manpower as projects dictate using Fleet Cost and Care Software.
• Plan resources for major turnarounds/projects with leadership.
• Review daily logs for accuracy of hours and billing; escalate issues to management.
• Assist in obtaining permits for equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to resolve conflicting scheduling of assets/resources.
• Assist DOT Compliance Officer as needed with employee compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
