Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMCSR and U.S./Canadian geography is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS-400 systems.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation, call center, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail with solid follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration across diverse personalities.
• Strong organization, project and time management with multitasking.

• Facilitate professional communication with our drivers over the phone and On-Board Computer System (OBCS)
• Perform essential AS-400 functions to maintain our computer systems
• Communicate issues with our internal and external customers
• Complete thorough documentation of all issues involving drivers and loads
• Ensure a high level of on-time service is maintained.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and U.S. and Canadian geography
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AS-400
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Transportation and call center/customer service experience
• Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Motivation to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to work collaboratively and get along with diverse personalities
