Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who completed routes and verify returned products.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols were followed on returns.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices or reports.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit eligibility.
• Apply correct reason codes on invoices for processing; mark damaged items.
• Separate and stage returns; count items to match sheets and invoices.
• List overages on the return sheet to re-enter stock.
