Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Driver Check-In Specialist for the St. Paul location. The role handles driver check-ins, end-of-week/month processing, and various credit-related tasks, with a Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Check-in delivery drivers’ routes for accuracy and completeness.
• Run End of Week/End of Month programs.
• Post check payments to customers’ accounts.
• Enter, verify, process, and print credits due to customers.
• Monitor amounts due and perform B2B collection calls.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, warehouse, delivery, customer service, and management.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and industry regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
