Job summary

RNDC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an energetic Driver Check-In associate to join our Operations team. This role ensures timely verification and processing of the daily delivery driver invoices, associated paperwork, returns and collections.

Depending on the size of the operation, the driver check-in position will reconcile up to twenty five driver's delivery routes and associated paperwork and collections daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferably one year delivery experience and/or training.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Certification to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify all driver route collections, ensuring payments are accurate, signed and dated.
• Code all invoices per policy using Route Rec technology and manage write-offs.
• Verify driver product returns and ensure paperwork matches; place returns on correct pallets.
• Ensure reship paperwork reaches transportation supervisor and arrange proper routing.
