Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to posts; ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions; coordinates with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and service quality maintained.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed in accordance with policy.
