Job summary

Imperial Dade in Kentwood, MI is hiring a Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver to manage a daily route and deliver to customer sites. You will operate a 53’ truck, load/unload with pallet jack and lift gate, and ensure accurate logs while providing friendly service.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, or until route completion, with a focus on safety, reliability, and strong work ethic as you support our growing transportation team.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A) required.
• Must pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Good driving record.
• 1 year of recent CDL A experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted.
• Lift gate experience.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 53’ truck or smaller.

• Properly track and document activity log.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.

The Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer‑designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, or until the daily route is completed.

You will:

• Safely operate a 53’ truck or smaller
