Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for local routes with home daily schedules in Rural Hall, NC. You will operate a 53ft tractor-trailer, deliver goods on time, and uphold GXO's safety and service standards.

Competitive pay starts at $27.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), life and disability insurance. Candidates must have a CDL-A, be at least 21, and maintain a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A current valid CDL A license and an acceptable MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily .

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
