Job summary

GXO Logistics in Rural Hall, NC is seeking a CDL Class A Driver – Home Daily. The role operates Sun through Thur, 2pm–10:15pm, providing local deliveries and daily home time.

You will drive 53ft tractors, perform inspections, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. Applicants need a CDL-A, must be 21+, and have a clean MVR and at least 6 months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR

Pay rates starting at $27.50 per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years

• Must be at least 21 years old

• A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
