Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for home daily routes in New Albany, OH. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm and focuses on on-time deliveries from local facilities.

You will drive 53ft tractors, perform safety inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure daily operations run smoothly. A CDL A license, 6 months experience, and a clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same or larger equipment in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A current valid (CDL A) license and an acceptable MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience moving multiple trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds).

Pay rates starting at $34.00 per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily. Responsible for safely transporting materials between company facilities, accurate movement of products and equipment to support daily operations.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A current valid (CDL A) driver’s license and an acceptable MVR

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
