Key Responsibilities

Operate and inspect tractor-trailers, hook/unhook trailers, handle freight using motorized and manual equipment, secure and recoup damaged freight, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and hazardous material regulations. Maintain communication with dispatch and customers, provide customer service, and support freight pickup and delivery needs. Additional duties may include performing road driver or freight handling tasks as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Must possess a valid Class A CDL or CLP, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and meet DOT requirements. Ability to perform basic math, follow instructions, lift and handle freight up to 100 pounds, and work independently or in a team. Basic communication skills are required.

Working Conditions

Driving in various weather conditions, exposure to noise, dust, diesel fumes, and DOT-regulated hazardous materials. Flexibility in hours is expected based on operational needs.
